Why did you choose your profession?

Actually, I got recruited into a leadership role for a division that had over 500 employees and included 23 collective bargaining units. It had multi-dimensional challenges and I grew a lot professionally.

What is your greatest accomplishment?

Probably leading another large organization with roughly 500 cross-discipline staff and multiple clients dispersed over a large geographic area. We overcame several obstacles and won awards that raised my company’s profile in the media.

What excites you about your roles?

Strategic planning and working with diverse teams navigating challenges and achieving successful outcomes.

What are you working on right now?

Professionally, looking at Six-Sigma certification to augment my field experience. Personally, reading a few books about personal growth.
